I started 2020 with a box of Kleenex! Without health, life is not as fun, regardless of the wealth. I am a true believer of having a healthy lifestyle and to always be active. How busy you are, always take 30 minutes a day and do something active! A VIP client had me thinking this past week as he requested a Wellness Holiday. A few years back I sent his family to Sicily at the Verdura Resort and Spa. Each person lost 6 pounds in 10 days. Isn't this amazing? Why wouldn't they, in Sicily they ate fresh Swordfish and Tuna with local vegetables almost every day, you would definitely shed off pounds!
The reason why I enjoy to travel is that I am able to be active all day, if it's doing 20000 steps a day visiting historic cities, or taking a hike in their National Parks or Cycling, this is what I enjoy the most.
